This Privacy Policy explains how LumoMath ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mathematics training application ("App"). LumoMath is built to work primarily on-device without a developer-controlled backend.
Offline-First Learning: LumoMath stores your practice sessions, progress metrics, streaks, review queue, and reminder settings on your device. The current build does not require a central account or a server that stores your learning history.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Learning Data Stored on Your Device
- Onboarding preferences: Initial setup status, preferred language, and related local app choices.
- Daily and weekly plans: Generated study plans, task lists, and active session state.
- Practice history: Attempt records, completed sessions, session summaries, streaks, and checkpoint results.
- Progress metrics: Mastery levels, review queue items, topic insights, recent performance, and reminder settings.
1.2 Reminder and App State Information
- Reminder schedule: Whether reminders are enabled and the time you select.
- Device-side app state: Session resume data and storage migration flags used to keep the app stable across updates.
1.3 What We Do Not Collect
LumoMath does not require you to create a central account to use the core learning experience, and the current build does not send your session history or mastery data to a developer-controlled backend.

4. Data Storage and Security
- Local storage: LumoMath stores learning and progress data using on-device storage mechanisms.
- No central backend: We do not operate a developer-controlled service that stores your daily plan, attempts, mastery records, or session history.
- No mandatory account: You can use the app without creating an online profile for the core learning flow.
- User control: Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes the locally stored records from your device.
